| In this paper, the method of AC motor speed regulation and the application of PWM speed-regulation technique in home air-conditioner are discussed. The driver of PWM mode is a new regulation in AC design. Comparing with thyristor chopper, it avoids the regular dithering introduced by turn-on angle which falls in the area of zero-cross signal and the heat for working for a long time. According to these advantages above, some searches was done on PWM applied to the products by us.The PWM regulation is more fit for speed-adjusting of fan motor in AC. It not only resolves the problem of the dithering and the load capability under low speed, but also has a lower cost compared with the frequency conversion method. It still reduces the noise of motor, controls more accurately, and makes the air conditioner more comfortable.In this thesis ,the mode aims to settles continuation and smooth regulation in ac motor driver. The main point of this paper is to reduce the disturbance by IGBT circle electrocircuit instead of the traditional ways by the capacitor , and to take measures to prevents the pollution of electric net according to EMC.The result proves that PWM mode is effective in reducing the dithering and improving the load capability in low speed. Meanwhile, it is very economic. Now it has not been adopted in AC motor yet. But in the future, it will be widely used more and more with the development of 3C and A.C capability in our nation. |
