Design Of Laboratory For Evaporative Condenser's Performance Test

As the object of building an economical society is proposed and the relationship between supply and demand of fresh water is becoming more and more prominent, evaporative condenser is being more and more widely used in refrigeration field in China. It is really necessary to find the relationships between each factor and the performance of evaporative condenser. Second, the selection of utilities in the unit is made. Third, an air processing unit is designed to simulate all climate conditions in China and also the selection of main utilities in the unit is made. Fourth, measurement and control system is designed and instruments are selected. Finally, this article gives a set of test project and data processing method.The electronic heating evaporator in the high-side gravity recirculation system in ANSI/ASHRAE 64-2500 standard is replaced by a new type plate evaporator which is more effcient and energy-saving, because the cold water outlet from the evaporator that is used to heat the cryogen can be used once again to cool the air in the air inlet trunk; an air processing unit is designed in the lab design, so to imitate all kinds of weather in each season in every location of China at any time the test is being made; the data selection system can send all the data in the test to the computer at one time, and to reduce the cost of the test some data which is more stable are read manually through traditional meters if this can not sacrifice the precision of the test.If dealing with the data recorded according to the way suggest in the article after test, rules of factors that how they influence the performance of the evaporative condenser can be easily obtained. So the selection of evaporative condenser can be carried out according to the rules.
