Nowadays, shield method has gained more and more applications in Beijing Metro construction. However, existing metro and metro under-constriction are design and construct by many company, several problems were popped out in the engineering construction process, for example: design criterion doesn't slandered, constriction technique and measures difference were significant, some were caused unnecessary waste. This paper will solve some problem, for promoting the process of unification of the design and construction of shield tunnel.There are four methods were mainly used in design of Segment Lining for Metro Shield-driven Tunnel at home and abroad, the Routine Method, Modified Routine Method, Muti-hinge Ring Method and Beam-spring Model Method. This paper mainly study the method of the these method, according to Beijing formation condition we choose a calculation method in order to used it as Specification of design of shield tunnel .According to this method we give a example for reference in chapter 3.In addition, according to the construction experience of the design of Beijing shield metro, standardized the reinforcement and structure of the segment.The last part of this paper select a style of connected aisle, and checking it use finite difference method software Flac3D. It verified the demand of force and deformation in this form.
