| Aiming at the project of EMU's introduction,assimilation,absorption and re-innovation,in this paper,the structural strength,stiffness and dynamic characteristics of the M2S bodyshell was analyzed,in addition,fatigue resistance and air tightness of the structure was researched.The optimization of layout of bottom suspension equipments has also been probed into.In this paper finite element software ANSYS was used for M2S body's model building and simulation analysis.The distribution of stresses and displacements of the body in 23 kinds of combined load cases were obtained.It meets "UIC566" standard, the European "EN12663" standards and the European code 9 standards.The first six band vibration frequencies and modes under no-load state of the whole vehicle were obtained in the modal analysis.The first band vertical bending frequency is greater than 10Hz,to avoid resonance of the body and the railway.Furthermore,in this paper software ANSYS,HyperMesh and iSIGHT optimization platform was used as analysis tools to answer to the need which asks the bottom suspension equipments to meet the minimum gross rail load on axle and the difference of the wheel weight in the complex design space,as to the complicated problem of the solution to location of the suspension equipments.The results show that the two combinatorial optimization strategies used in this paper are effective to solve the problem.The results of this study has certain reference value for layout design of high-speed train's suspension equipment,and also laid a certain foundation for the in-depth study on layout optimization design of the rolling stock. |
