Compared with conventional concrete, Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) possesses excellent properties such as ultra-high strength, high toughness and high durability etc. RPC constitutive relationship is the foundation for nonlinear finite element analysis and research on structural design theory. At the same time, the damage theory is applied to study the production and development of damage in Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC). Through damage analysis, the damage model through the whole stress is useful to the engineering design especially for the non-linear finite element analysis of bulk concrete.In this paper, using the RPC constitutive relationship and mechanics performance experimental and the RPC damage experiment in different steel fiber volume fractions,with elasto-plastic theory and damage mechanics model. The results follow as:1. Based on the test methods of high strength and performance concrete in uniaxial compression, by theoretical calculation and lots of trings. It is successful to gain the whole curve of RPC in different steel fiber volume fractions;2. Based on the stress-strain curve constitutive model equation of RPC under uniaxial compression. Correlation parameters have been fitted too.3. Through measuring cube strength of RPC in different steel fiber volume fractions, the relationship between RPC prismoid strength and cube strength is established,and the proportionality coefficient confirmed (0.78,0.77 and 0.88);4. A method has been designed for obtaining RPC uniaxial compression. damage experimental in different steel fiber volume fractions. The critical Damage value of RPC abort is 0.550~0.690,the data is bigger than the data of concrete,because the function of steel fiber. It is successful to gain the experimental's damage curve of RPC;5. The damage model equation of RPC in uniaxial compression has been founded based on conventional concrete damage model, this is formula(4-12);6. Through RPC calculational damage curve and the test's damage curve prove relatively, the model of damaging of the single axle-pressure of RPC that is basically fulfilled requirements.
