Uniaxial compressive stress-strain relationship of reactive powder concrete (RPC) is thebasic mechanical properties, which is not only the foundation of the constitutive model inthe whole process of analysis of the nonlinear study structural components, but also the mainbasis to study the performance of concrete structures. At present, research of the reactivepowder concrete uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve is not perfect and still has manydeficiencies at home, so this paper researched the uniaxial compressive stress-strain curvemore thorough by combining experimental data and existing full-curve theory analysis. In this paper, based on classical elastic-plastic theory and experimental researchcombined with data analysis, it obtained the equation and mechanical parameters of RPCuniaxial compression stress-strain curve successfully. The results as follows:(1)It analyzed the pros and cons of existing test methods, designed the test methodsscientifically to get RPC200uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve by the theoreticalcalculations and experimental exploration, and got the decline curve successfully inexperiment.(2)According to the influence of the RPC performance with the changes in the contentof water-cement ratio and the mixing amount of steel fiber, it was designed nine kinds of mixproportion, and got its stress-strain curve from uniform testing(3)Based on analysis of the existing concrete uniaxial compressive stress-strainfull-curve, combined with experimental data through a rigorous mathematical derivation, itestablished RPC200uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve equation, and obtained itsmain characteristic value.(4)Compared the stress-strain curves of different mix proportion, analyzed the changelaw of mechanical properties with the variation of the water-cement ratio and the mixingamount of steel fiber, and the specimen failure mode is also analyzed at different mixproportion.
