Examination System Research Of The Powder Chamber Temperature Survey Equipment

Research and development application temperature scope wide,the operation safety high, precision for 0.1℃powder chamber temperature survey equipment which is needed .This article narrated temperature survey system's composition, we elaborated system's hardware, the software and the mechanism design in detail. This system used 8051 and the platinum-resistance temperature sensor composition temperature gathering unit, used LabVIEW to take the data processing platform, between the two parts realized the data communication through the RS485 serial port. In view of survey equipment high accuracy demand, we analyzed measurement system's error source, and has carried on the adjustment to the error, Finally, we has also carried on the security and the reliability design to the survey equipment.After tests repeatedly, indicated that this system has the high temperature survey precision and stabilization. The development of survey equipment has the significant practical significance.
