| Artillery weapons have great damage power,strong fighting ability,good reliability and high utilization rate,which plays an irreplaceable role in modern warfare and future wars.With the continuous development of modern high and new technology,the performance requirements of artillery weapons in future wars are getting higher and higher.In most of the test of transient high temperature and high pressure ignition and explosion field,the test of parameters such as transient temperature and pressure has always been an important research object.The transient temperature and pressure values in the chamber are also important indicators to evaluate the performance of artillery,these two parameters directly affect the internal ballistic performance of artillery.The test of transient temperature signal and the test of pressure signal in the chamber play an important role in the study of the structural design of the artillery,the ablation of the barrel,the life of the barrel,the design of the charge and the selection of materials.It can provide theoretical guidance for the overall design of the artillery weapon system and play a vital role in the development of new weapons.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the test of transient temperature signal and pressure signal in artillery chamber.In view of the complex environment and bad conditions in the current artillery test,a kind of temperature and pressure integrated testing system in the artillery chamber is designed in this paper,which integrates the test of transient temperature and pressure in gun bore and can realize the test of two parameters at the same time.Based on the analysis of the pressure and transient temperature test theory,aiming at the test environment in the gun bore and the structural characteristics of the electronic pressure gauge,this paper designs the temperature and pressure integrated test system in the artillery chamber by using the shell capacitive sensor pressure measurement method and colorimetric temperature measurement method.According to the characteristics of the measured signal and the index requirements,the material of the light window and shell are reasonably selected,and its mechanical properties are simulated by ANSY software.At the same time,the concrete design of optical system and the sealing technology of window and end cover are introduced.According to the characteristics of gunpowder combustion in the gun chamber,the optical signal detection circuit,the pressure signal detection circuit and the acquisition and storage circuit are designed.Finally,the prototype of the test device is made,the circuit debugging of the triggering process and the overall working process of the test system is carried out,and relevant experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of the test system. |
