| This thesis describes film transmit machinery and flow of work of capstan imagesetter. Control method and software flow chart are designed accordingly. Capstan imagesetter is a kind of complex mechanical product,what this thesis is involved just deals with a part of the whole capstan imagesetter system, the work done has established the foundation for the further investigation in the future, and has done a good job of preparation of theory and practice to finish the further improvement of control system of capstan imagesetter.We design a new control method on film transmit machinery based on analysing the factors which cause errors of film transmit machinery, and improve the control of film speed buffer according to the former design.We introduce Digital Phase Locked Loop into the control of scanner motor, and complete the design and simulation of different models of DPLL with VHDL. |
