| In recent decades Implantable ear hearing (IEH) has always been the highlight of research. One of the important branches of IEH is Implantable Middle Ear Hearing Device (IMHD). The treatment objects of IMHD include conductive hearing loss of external canal atresia and ossicular chains malformation, moderate & severe sensorineural hearing loss. At present, the study about electromagnetic IMHD have got prominent performance at home and abroad,and have correlative products in market,but the study about piezoelectric IMHD is just in juvenility phase. In condition of the overseas high-tech implantable hearing aids hold a dominant status, and internal basic research drop behind relatively, the paper commit to design and study of piezoelectric IMHD,and its expectation is exploring an implant system which have high Capability-to-Quotation and property right.The piezoelectric implantable middle ear hearing device is a system designed to functionally restore the hearing of the patients. It converts sound to electrical signals, and then the electrical signal drive the piezoelectric vibrator coupled round window membrane. The vibration of the piezoelectric vibrator and the round window membrane make the hearing restored. It has the following parts in common: a microphone that picks up the sound, a signal processor that converts the sound into electrical signals, a support that fixes the piezoelectric vibrator, and the piezoelectric vibrator coupled with round window membrane that converts the electrical signals to vibration.Firstly, the paper designed actuating system of the piezoelectric implantable middle ear hearing which coupling round window; secondly, build the dynamic model of the system which have a support,a piezoelectric actuator and round window Membrane, and also gained the transfer function of the model also; Thirdly, analyzed filtering character of transfer function, confirmed the correctness of model build early; finally, and optimized the model parameters. |
