Based on 863 projects"Development of Centralized Operation Control System (COCS) and its key technical equipments", this thesis studies the key techniques of COCS.For our country, the maglev Operation Control System (OCS) is a new signaling technique and other countries set a lot of technical obstacles for the relative techniques. During the development process, we use the existing system of shanghai maglev demonstration line and similar system of railway for reference. The function and system architecture of homemade COCS refers to the existing system of shanghai maglev demonstration line. But in the field of realizing method and key techniques we realize the research and develop of self. Especially the customization of alignment topology is an innovation technique.The structure of this thesis is from theoretic research to practical application. Firstly, the thesis puts forward the function requirement of the COCS, as well as the system safety requirement and communication reliability requirement. Taking account of these requirements, the thesis presents the system architecture of COCS and detail function of some components. Moreover, the thesis illuminates the key techniques of COCS. Finally, the thesis looks ahead the research tendency of the COCS in future.The research achievement involved in this thesis expands the research contends in the field of Maglev OCS. It lays a concrete theoretical and technological foundation for our country to totally grasp the technology of design, R&D, integration and commissioning of OCS, to establish OCS functional and interfaces technology specification and to finally realize the complete OCS key techniques. Meanwhile, the research achievement also creates the condition for further research on Maglev system's construction, feasibility research and OCS technological innovation and homemade equipments.
