The high-speed Maglev Operation Control System (MOCS) is a computer-controlled system with safety critical requirements, which implements the functions of train operation commanding and safety protection. MOCS is connected with the vehicles, propulsion power systems, lines, switches, etc. It accomplishes the tasks of maglev train scheduling, operation commanding organization, safety protection, etc.Recently, the research on maglev operation control technology is still in an original state. In this thesis, the high-speed electromagnetic MOCS technology is studied, and the function requirements of the MOCS is analyzed. Based on it, a new type of structure of operation control system is proposed, and the realization method of each subsystem is given. Finally, the safety computer system, which is one of key components in the MOCS, is developed.The research is focused on the followings:Firstly, the basic function requirements and the relations among them are studied, and aiming at train operation control, the characters of the high-speed maglev train are analyzed. Moreover, the holistic design idea and suggestions of MOCS's structure are proposed.Then, based on the function requirements and the existed technologies, a structure of MOCS is designed, which has proper partition of functions & structures and integrates the centralized mode & decentralized mode.Thirdly, the design schemes of the Decentralized Control System (DCS) and DCS safety communication net are proposed.Fourthly, the redundant structure of 2 out of 2 multiplying 2 for safety computer is proposed. And the main control unit, safety I/O channels, external communication interfaces, etc. are developed based on the advanced PowerPC processor.At last, the realization methods of bottom system level software in the safety computer are studied. And the 2 out of 2 multiplying 2 design schemes of safety computer software are proposed.
