Research and development of portable apparatus for determination trace amount of gold quickly was studied mainly in this paper, a portable apparatus was invented for determination trace gold outdoors.All kinds of conditions of the apparatus work s′was optimized in the laboratory. For instance, acidity and flow velocity of solutions, acidity and recovery′s methods of anion exchange membrane, influence of interference ions and methods of gold enrichment and then the best conditions was founded. At the same time , the sample of gold how to break ,burn and the effect of temperature in the wild were considered.The size of the apparatus is 30cm×25cm×10cm, the quality is 1.5kg, so it is a facility apparatus.The apparatus consist of sampling, luminescence and data processing system. The sampling system was made up of pipeline, six-way valve and small sampling pump. The pipeline connected with six-way valve which different solutions can be entered at different time. The opening and closing pipeline directly were controlled by the electromagnetic relay, electromagnetic relay switch was controlled by the board. The luminescence system was consisted of luminescence pool and photomultiplier tube, at the same time , there was a anion exchange membrane in the luminescence pool where was the place of luminescence. The penetrating light was magnified and transformed to the board by photomultiplier tube. Signal strength would be diaplayed on the screen.Under the optimum experimental conditions, the enhanced CL intensity was linear, with the concentrations in the range 0.005–1.0μg/mL (R2 = 0.9986, n = 6) with relative standard deviation (n= 11) in the range 5.0–7.7%. The limits of detection (3σblank) were 2.3 ng/mL. The result of the gold sample were done T-test with ICP-MS and AAS,︱t∣=1.08,a=2,when the confidence level is 95%,︱t∣
