| When making design with bridge configuration, bridge deck overlay which was only treated as the appendant of bridge, currently not make special calculate and analyze about it, at the same time, current codes also just give directed account for method,material and thickness of deck pavements, there haven't any design theory and index to dependent, so it is necessary to do some systemic study about concrete bridge deck overlay and make certain about the stress and distortion characteristic of the deck pavements. It was researched that the destruction of bridge deck overlay is not for its intension, one key factor is bonding layer structure which is the main difference between deck pavement and the common road pavement, and bonding layer destroy or invalidation is an important causation of so many bridge deck overlay destruction nowadays. So this text analyses the load case of bridge deck overlay during driving, and using indoor shearing test which simulated the stress of bridge deck overlay to analyze the condition of stress and strain about deck pavement, and all these can give reference to practice engineering.This thesis introduces the function and structure forms of deck pavement as well as the application study at home and overseas, and it also classify the failure types of bridge deck overlay and analyze the reasons of breakage after practical investigation.With finite element method, this thesis set up three dimension space model about two different bridge deck overlay structure types and then calculate, it also analyze the conditions of stress and strain under different load and how the stress was affected by different load and layer's module.With reference to the indoor test, in order to obtain the breakage of bridge deck overlay under the car's breaking, it take the worst load condition as the test object, and then impose dynamic repeated load to different loading types of bonding layer, gather the strain information of the specimen's different location.Based on indoor uniaxial static creep test, getting creep module of different grading asphalt mixture by using burgers four parameters rheological model to fit the creep curve, using the relation between static module and dynamic module can analyze the strain and stress distribution of bridge deck overlay structure and the specimen's breakage.It was proved that insufficient strength is the main reason of bridge deck overlay structure's destruction through the received response of strain and stress. The magnitude and distribution about strain and stress of bonding layer can reflect the transfer of load, stress absorption and deformation coordination at some extent. |
