Construction Control Of Zhuanghe Jianshe Bridge

In recent years, many domestic and foreign experts and scholars has obtained many valuable theoretical research on self-anchored cable-stayed suspension bridge, and brought forward many excellent design. But, the research of construction control is few on self-anchored cable-stayed suspension suspension bridge, and no project files can be used to consult. As the first self-anchored cable-stayed suspension bridge-Zhuanghe Jianshe bridge, it will promote the development of self-anchored cable-stayed suspension suspension bridge. The issues and resolvents will be the costful project files for the following self-anchored cable-stayed suspension suspension bridge. Under the background of Zhuanghe Jianshe bridge, this paper mainly introduced the following aspects:(1) After read many books and papers about construction control theory,construction control methods and construction control contents of cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge, this paper preliminary summarized the construction control methods,construction control contents and impact factors of construction control on self-anchored cable-stayed suspension suspension bridge.(2) The calculation of the construction state is a course of simulation analysis with certain accuracy for the construction of bridge and the design state by the reasonable model and the effective structure analysis method. Through establishing the plane-calculating model, this paper firstly analyses the inner force of the main beam under the establishment of Zhuanghe Jianshe bridge and the most adverse combination of the bridge, then analyses the influences under live load,temperature load and the shrinkage and creep of the concrete structure.(3) There studies the tension control of the cable system of Zhuanghe Jianshe bridge,and studies the special problems in this project, and offers the solution of the problems to guide construction. It mainly introduces the tension of back cable,the control of inclined cable and suspension, and the infection when there are tensioning.(4) There simply explores and studies the construction methods of the self-anchored cable-stayed suspension suspension bridge, and primary studies the anchoring system and the transition of the system in the construction.
