| As extensive application of Movable Scaffolding System (MSS)in China's bridge construction, in the background of Huang-pu Bridge's construction in Guangzhou Pearl River, we launch a series of research on MSS about construction method application situation,assembly and whole lifting,load test,lateral moving,construction Simulation analysis,box girder design optimization on the center of "The Research and Guide of MSS design, construction, research and maintenance " through collecting a large number of article and information.I establish general scheme of MSS62.5 assembly depending on the design in this paper, and developed a detail plan of assembly, whole lifting, the demolition programmes and quality, safety control measures about MSS62.5;Then we discuss the load test content and method about MSS62.5 compared with theoretical calculation, the test results showed that it works flexible about the main-box girder, but the stiffness of main-girder did not meet the requirements of steel structure code .We hope to take suitable strengthen measures to increase the stiffness of MSS62.5.And then ,compared with several possible technical plan ,we give the corresponding solutions, construction specific measures, steps and processes, and so on .At the same time we give emergency measures of Lateral moving the MSS62.5 in the typhoon season . It set a successful examples of the bridge construction with MSS for similar project.This paper also uses general-purpose finite element method software ANSYS establish a space model, simulate the construction process of approach bridge on the Huang-pu in order to study the force performance of MSS62.5.The results show that the most dangerous working conditions of the main girder happen in the concrete-pouring working conditions but before the state Stripping and the nose of MSS62.5 is the most dangerous before and after the system transformation in the moving conditions .We should check mainly the strength, stiffness and stability of MSS in these conditionsIn the end of this paper, we also do some research about design optimization of MSS62.5 girder , establish a parameter model which set some parameters as design variables such as girder high,Web thickness,web opening shape and size; other parameters as restrictive conditions such as a main girder stress and stiffness and the volume of main girder steel as the objective function by ANSYS optimization module. The analysis results show that the main girder should been composed of sub-section of variable thickness steel plate which is opened with variable highness round-ended holes in the web .This can increase the stiffness of the main girder while reducing the weight .and it has many advantages such as reasonable-uniformly structure stress,saving material,lower cost of design, processing and transportation and soon. |
