| This document generally analyzed and contrasted the arch bridges structure system and construction articles. And also deeply probed the advantages and disadvantages of pre-stressed concrete rigid frame arch bridges and discussed structure and ways of contruction of the steel-concrete composite arch bridge erected by vertically rotating steel arch frames down.This research is based on the Wansheng Zaodu Bridge and Passenger Bridge at Jiefu Road in Suining City. It has systematic research and discussion on its structure, stress, construction articles and traits of the steel-concrete composite arch bridge. In contrast with conventional concrete arch bridge, it proved the reasonability and feasibility of the steel-concrete composite arch bridges through theoetical analysis and construction practice.It told us how to set up partially finit element model during construction, and deeply theoretical analysis on its mechanical behavior. A more complete calculation methods are proposed to use for the rotating hinge of the steel-concrete composite arch bridge. It was proved workable though the implementation of practical project.This document systematically researched the production and installation of rotating hinge and steel case. It provided the effective methods to control common divergence during production and installation with similar constructions for references. It deeply researched rotating axis positioning errors. It deduced a computation formula for arch rib's closure errors. With combination of structure mechanics and plane finit element models, it analysized the error's affections to mechanical propoties of the steel box arch rib.This document also research the constructions and article controls of vertically rotating construction. It provides the ways to prevent accidents during process of rotation. |
