This thesis is concentrated on the method of static analysis of the construction process , the method of concrete perfusion of concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) and the method of Construction of swing bar (bearer cable) the arch brides. with concrete filled steel tubule bridge the theoretical basis, On the background of the scientific research hems about concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge: the Ba He Bridge.1.This thesis summarized current calculating method and theories about CFST arch bridge, discussed CFST mechanical properties.2.The model of the bridge is built by finite element software. The simulation analysis of the static performance of the bridge in hollow tube stage, pouring concrete into the tube stage, hanging beams stage, the lay bridge deck stage and the completed bridge stage is carried out. Through contrasting the theory values with the measure ones of elevation and stress, the consistency of the structure simulation analysis is verified.3. According to the analysis of stress of pumped concrete in the delivery pipe, the formula of resistance of pipe friction, delivery pressure in the pipe, the maximum distance and the maximum height was drawn. Based on engineering practice, the technics of desigh method of pipe and matters that need pay attention are got. Summarized4. Obviously swing bar (bearer cable) was an important part of CFST arch bridge. In this chapter, Analysis of install of Swing bar (bearer cable),measuration of strength of bearer cable, adjustment of bearer cable have been done. The conclusions have been applied to the actual project and get satisfied results.
