Because of the wide application of its performance in the world. Asphalt pavement becomes the main form of the road. Because of its direct and natural conditions and its contact with the traffic loads, the natural factors give a great impact on the raod. The asphalt pavement cracking which is due to the cooling-down of atmospheric temperature and its strong sense. Together with other factors, such as reflective pavement cracks caused by grass-roots level cracks and fatigue cracks caused by traffic load and so on. All these forms of destruction of the road have adverse impact on the quality of services. So it has become a major direction of all the road research workers that how to reduce and control the occurrence of cracks in the road in a better way. This thesis, based on the test observation of different level of the mixture with a low temperature, make use of the method of Gray Theory and then do the relevance analysis of asphalt content ,sieve through rate and low temperature performance. And then , looking at the several relevant factors that give influence on low-temperature cracking: type of asphalt, whetstone, stone type, ageing, fiber content, sp type and mixing temperature. In view of the different levels of the 7factors and 3 orthogonal test L18{37}orthogonal to arrange tests. Through 0℃, -10℃, -20℃three cryogenic temperature of -10℃Splitting Test and the orbicular bending test, we compare the various factors on the performance of low-temperature asphalt mixture and the degree of influence of the average level to find the relevance between the asphalt mixture and low temperature performance .and through it we can find good mixture composition and improve the low temperature performance of the mixture. Then we compare the two test methods of splitting and to the low-temperature test and trabecular bending test. After the Comparison of these two commonly used tests which reflect the low temperature performance of the pros and cons of degree. By then orthogonal test certification test we do single factor impact analysis, and we analyze the different porosity, fiber content on different mixture of low temperature performance.
