In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's freeway, the Hot-Mix-Asphalt (HMA) pavement has been widely used in our country. At the same time, some problems such as the serious early destructions have also appeared. The primary reason for the destruction is that the HMA have undergone periodic segregation in these processes.Based on analyzing the reason for segregation of the mixture produced in the transportation and resolving measures under the old construction technics, this paper points out the localization of that and the new construction technics basing on"transfer-paving"via the Material-Transfer-Vehicle(MTV).This paper divides the MTV into mixing system, transferring system, heating system and unloading system mainly via analyzing the conformation of the MTV and explains the function respectively. It applies analysis method of theoretical dynamics and fluid mechanics to research the movement and stressed conditions during agitation process of asphalt mixing material transfer vehicle. And use the granular dynamic theory, it analyzes the working principle of transferring system and unloading system and testifies that the transferring system and unloading system of the MTV can supply the mixture to the paver without segregating again. The MTV can make the truck and paver connecting blandly and resolve segregation of the mixture produced in the transportation, and that sets up the new construction technics and technology basing on"transfer-paving".Cooperated with Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group and Changda Company, analyzing the different effects of the two freeway workplaces where MTV are used in the place of Yu-Zhan freeway, we can conclude: as a new craft, transport-paving is the best way to solve the segregation of the HMA.
