Most of the asphalt pavement in our country has entered the peak period of maintenance and repair, meanwhile the crack is one of the main damage forms of asphalt pavement. Once pavement cracks, not only the integrity of the pavement structure would be destroyed, but also the driving comfort and safety would be greatly reduced, which will cause the shortening of road service life. Considering above problems cracks should be repaired timely. The current repair materials are inadequate in terms of performance and price, so we need to develop a new type of High Cost Performance of repair materials.A new type of compound repair material was prepared based on cement and high solid content emulsified asphalt (70.13%) which was self-made in laboratory. Compressive strength, bending flexural strength, deformation and other relative performances of this polymer modified cement emulsified asphalt mucilage was studied under different polymer cement ratio (0~0.2) and different asphalt cement ratio (0~1). The characteristics of stress-strain curve in uniaxial compression under different mix proportion was also analyzed. As a crack repair material, its pavement performance like elastic recovery, bond strength and high temperature fluidity were studied. According to performance requirements of crack repair material, the mix proportion of mucilage was optimized. Then its performance was compared with ones that saled in the market. In the end, the connection between micro structure of this compound material and its performances was observed by microcosmic-test.The results show that with putty ratio increase, the compressive strength, bending flexural strength and shrinkage are all decreasing, and consistency under the same water-cement ratio within a certain range is growing. With poly-cement ratio increase, compressive strength is growing when putty ratio is lower, and vice versa.Flexural strength and elastic bending deformation capacity are shown a growing trend, with the increase of putty ratio and polymer-cement ratio, toughness is getting better.With the increase of the composite ratio and the poly putty gray ratio, the elastic recovery rate is also increasing, while with the increase of putty, adhesive strength ratio decreased. The composite containing large amounts of asphalt cement binding the glial liquidity makes its high temperature stability, and better resistance to foreign invasion. When the water-cement ratio of 0.45, poly cement ratio of 0.2 and a ratio of 1:00 putty the way composite materials meet the specification requirements for crack repair performance indicators, and high-temperature fluidity and bond strength are better than ordinary crack repair material.It will have advantage in Pavement Performance and performance-price ratio compared to commercially available material.
