Modeling And Simulation Of 1025t/h CFBB Combustion Chamber

This paper takes CFBB which has characters of DG1025/17.4-II1 two legs furnace and with external exchanger as simulating object. Combined with practical units technics process and combustion chamber working characteristic, in order to study the dynamic and static characteristic of combustion chamber , in virtue of STAR-90/Windows2000 graph modeling real time simulating support system, on the base of study of inner burning of combustion chamber, exchanging and flow mechanism, we build general arithmetic of combustion chamber, and through which to develop 1025 t/h CFBB combustion chamber simulating model, and to give a validation of the validity of simulating model. The results of simulating shows that this model can reflects correctly the dynamic characteristic of CFBB combustion chamber. This model afford a convenient and shortcut examination tool for the designing and running of CFBB combustion chamber.
