Operation Property And Thermal Effciency Computation Of Large Scale CFB Boiler

On the basis of summary the development of the CFB boiler technology, The thesis analysis the design, operation property and thermal efficiency computation of large scale CFB boiler in China.The thesis first introduces the design of the 450t/h CFB boiler including design parameters, boiler structure, and auxiliary system. Then start-up and operation process has been put forwarded. The experiment results are shown that the CFB boiler can operate stable.Finally, the thesis introduces thermal efficiency computation of CFB boiler according to the code GB10184-88 and DL/T964-2005. The computed result is analysised.The content of the thesis can guide the perfection of large scale CFB boiler in the future.
