Nonlinear vibration behavior of a rub-impact rotor is studied. The nonlinear vibration equation is established and solved by using numerical methods. Basing on the time-frequency analysis method of fault diagnosis and using the wavelet theory, this paper analyzes the problem of collection the nonlinear vibration signal. On the base of the studying of the rub-impact rotor, the characteristics drawn by DWT method are raised in this paper.In this paper, the methods of improving Resilient Back Propagation are presented on the base of comparing the various improved BP algorithms and the Resilient Back Propagation improvements are proposed. On the base of the improved Resilient Back Propagation, this paper introduces in details the classifier of rotor conditions and further uses simulation experiments measure data to certificate its effectiveness.Vibration signal is collected and processed by Virtual Instrument Technology combined with Bently rotor experiment platform module, the use of DWT and the improved Resilient back propagation algorithm. And an experimental system of rotor vibration status monitoring is designed.
