The friction contact between Stator and rotor(the rubbing movement) is a common fault of rotating machinery.In particular the large turbo-generator group,due to the small gap,changes in conditions or excessive axial thrust,which may lead to rub.Considering the nonlinear rub-impact force,the dynamic model of Jeffcott rotor system with rub-impact is established,and the dimensionless processing is made on dynamic model.The nonlinear dynamic behaviors in running are investigated widely on the rotor system with rub-impact faults,and nonlinear chaos behaviors of the system are discovered.The effect of parameters such rub-impact force,time history curve,phase plane portrait,axes track,Poincare map,amplitude spectra etc,on the nonlinear dynamic properties was discussed,the bifurcation behaviors and chaos motion of the system were analyzed in detail.In the last,many model test did on the vibration experiment laboratory, compared the experimental phenomenon by theoretical research results to verify the results of theoretical research...
