In this paper, design principle and method of energy collection system are studied, and realized by an instance. and has carried on the development of the calculation procedure of the line loss on the basis of this system, therefore the real-time line loss result received analyses to the economical operation of the electric wire netting that plays a key role. The systematic design plan that this text studied has adopted present and advanced software and hardware technology, have better commonability and practicability; Leave the interface with automated systems , such as SCADA , shouldering and accusing of the system , power consuming marketing , the dispatcher MIS , producing MIS ,etc., have reflected the principle of the information sharing; Have propose the multistage line loss statistical analysis " tower type " structure chart of power supply administration, has compared, analysed the computing technologies of several kinds of theory line loss.
