With the all-round development of China's economy and society,whether residential or industrial power consumption,the demand for electricity in the power sector has shown an exponential growth.With the increase of power consumption,the demand for power and the maintenance and management of power equipment are also increasing.Accurate reliability of electric energy acquisition of power equipment is very important for power supply companies and power utilities.Traditional electric energy acquisition and management mainly relies on meter reading staff to collect data from the user's site and conduct on-site auditing of the collected data,which is inefficient and often leads to data errors.Now,the meter is transformed by computer technology,so that it can automatically collect the user's electricity information and transmit it to the headquarters of the power company through the network.This not only greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of electric energy collection,but also further develops the intelligent level of electric energy collection and management in power companies.Therefore,it is necessary for power companies to further reform the existing data acquisition and management of power grid equipment through computer Internet technology,and to improve the accuracy and efficiency of power acquisition by means of information technology.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status and development trend of the electric energy acquisition system at home and abroad,and theoretically introduces the key technologies needed by the electric energy information acquisition system.In addition,according to the development trend of Sichuan Electric Power,an electric energy acquisition system is designed to meet the needs of Sichuan Electric Power Company.The development of the system makes use of the design idea of SSH framework,which makes the power acquisition and management system take business service as the center,adopts modular software design scheme,and separates the front end of the system from the logical processing.Secondly,according to the actual electric energy management business needs of electric power company,the functional modules of the electric energy collection system are divided into the main functional modules and sub-modules of the system,such as data management,electric energy cost management,line loss management,comprehensive query analysis,operation management and system management.Oracle database management tool is used to complete the management of the system background database.Finally,we use the automated testing tools of QTP and JMeter to test the function cases and performance of each functional module of the system.The test results show that the system can not only meet the daily functional requirements of users for power acquisition and management,but also provide better performance,so that the system can complete various user request processing stably and efficiently.On the whole,the system achieves the system's goal which was initially scheduled in the design.In this paper,the computer software development technology and information management theory are used to solve the problems existing in the current power company's power acquisition and management.By combining the power company's power acquisition business with software technology,the information construction of power company's power acquisition and management and the sharing of power acquisition data are well promoted.Through the development and application of the electric energy acquisition management information system of the electric power company,the information resources of various departments of the electric power company are effectively integrated,so that the staff can effectively manage the electric power distribution transformer and end-user information within the jurisdiction of the electric power company,and ultimately realize the informatization of automatic meter reading,power line loss and cost management.
