"Long Jin Hui Yuan" is a demonstration project of "Energy Saving Rate of 65% for Residential Buildings in Cheng du", and is also the first residential buildings that use the technology of "ground-source heat pump" in Cheng du.First, this thesis simulates the energy consumption of building envelope between "Long Jin Hui Yuan" and traditional architecture, and analyzes the influence of the thermal parameters of the building energy consumption. Secondly, this paper analyses and compares the energy consumption, initial cost, operation cost and environmental impacts between five schemes of air-conditioning systems .The five schemes are split air conditioner system, central heating + split air conditioner system, Residential wall-mounted gas boiler + residential central air-conditioning system, Residential wall-mounted gas boiler + Split air conditioner system and Ground-source heat pump system. In this thesis, the residence building energy consumption is simulated using DeST-h software, calculating hourly load of building envelope and system energy consumption on the whole year. The thesis compares initial cost and operation cost between the scheme air conditioning systems using the annual cost.Energy consumption and cost comparisons results of "Long Jin Hui Yuan" show that building envelope can achieve energy saving of 29.9%; Comparing to the traditional air conditioner system ,the ground-source heat pump system can get energy saving of 74%.So,the thesis thinks that the technical scheme of the "Long Jin Hui Yuan" can meet the demand of energy saving rate of 65%. The lowest of annual cost of scheme is Split air conditioner system, and it is the best scheme.
