In the stage of high-speed development of our country railway, the high-speed function of the train is subjected to an extensive value. The car body is the important expression of the train's performance, and it occupies an important position in the train design. This paper is mainly divided into two parts: one part is the finite element analysis about the vehicle car body, the other part is the load identification. In this paper, reasonable simplification is done at the foundation of two-dimensional engineering drawings of the vehicle body manufactured by CSR SiFang Locomotive and Rolling Stock CO., LTD .The 3D models of the vehicle body is established. Based on this, using shell elements and solid elements, the finite element model of the car body is established. According to standard, strength and its fatigue strength under typical load calculation of the aluminum alloy car body is carried on analysis. The specific condition has five kinds: vertical load, car-compression load, reversing load, three support loads, hermetic load. Also modes of the car body at different modes are analyzed. Concluded: the structure strength of the aluminum alloy car body is consistent with the requirement.Measure the dynamic stress of the truck body CHR2 and carry on processing analysis towards the dynamic stress signal .With all these results and the results of element analysis, the identifications about the lotus coefficient, coupler load and the load on anti-yaw damper are fulfilled. The identification results of trains running in both the online and 200 km / h speed grades lines are analyzed and compared. This paper provides a valuable reference on the structural strength analysis and in-depth study of the coupler load and the load on anti-yaw damper about the domestic high-speed train.
