The security assessment for train operating equipment plays an important role in railway transportation system. It is a big significance for improving security and reliability for train operating equipment. To realize the basic function of security assessment for train operating equipment, a detecting experiment system was set up in lab, using asynchronous motor as the analog objective, to monitor the running parameter of the motor. The whole experiment system consists of speed-adjustable control part and detection part. The former used AC-DC-AC voltage source inverter as the main circuit; chip TMS320F2812 as the core of the control circuit. The emphasis of the thesis is to design and achieve the detection part.First, taking development cost and performance into account, the hardware part of the experiment system consists of selection and placing sensors, the disposal circuit and data collection card. The software system used Visual C++6.0 as development tool, the system can achieve data collection, data saving, data displaying in real time, recurring the historical data, feature extraction, etc.Second, the thesis used signal processing technique to extract the features of the quantity experiment data, the features represented the property of the parameter detected and in connection with the status of the object; making use of these features data to evaluate the objective detected and only to save the feature data, the result is saving space to save data. The experiment system used three-phase current, speed and temperature as the research object, extracted the features represented the property of the currents, such as virtual value, max-max value and cycle of the current, then used parallel coordinate method to visualize more than one dimension feature data, so as to evaluate the status is steady, safety or dangerous, if existed bad failure, the motor will stop to be detected.Last, the experiment result validate that the detecting system can satisfy the requirements of real time and precision, can realize the basic function of safety status monitoring in principle and method for train operating equipment. The whole system can realize the purpose and expected requirements. It provides a reference for studying the distributed monitoring system for train operating equipment.
