It is important to develop and research a hybrid vehicle with the model and simulation technology. Many foreign companies have mature software modeling technology about hybrid simulation, but we just begin to develop the first level technique on design the model. So, it is necessary to develop a simulation platform for hybrid vehicle by ourselves, especially for control method and core parts such as power train assembly.This paper is relying on science and technology for the 11th Five Year Plan--The research on Hybrid Electrical Vehicle. The Series-Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle based on CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission) is developed by Hunan University, Jianglu Rodar Vehicle Transmission Co. ,Ltd and ChangFeng Vehicle Co. ,Ltd.After analyzing the development of hybrid vehicle and simulation software worldwide, this paper build some steady-state models about parts of hybrid vehicle, whole car with forward-direction, driver, using MATLAB/SIMULINK as a simulation platform.This paper introduce Adaptive Resonance Theory,verify its self-stabilization and good fault tolerance ability through velocity cycle simulation experiment.This paper put forward a fuzzy adaptive control strategy based on recognition of velocity cycle. It aims at SOC balance, use fuzzy control units with two parameters to control torque of engine and motor. Because of its self-study ability, these control units can infer present condition through recognize velocity cycle before, and adjust control method self-acting.As for dynamic-state modeling about power train of hybrid vehicle, this paper define the range of study about power train dynamic-state control in hybrid vehicle based on CVT, and put forward the evaluating indicator about transmitting mechanism dynamic-state control. And this paper analyze the process of mode change in power mechanics in details, and build a mathematical model.This paper verify the correctness of simulation model and control method.
