Engineering vehicle is mainly refers to the tractor,the heavy card,forklift truck,construction truck mixer self-propelled construction machinery.such as engineering vehicles are mainly conducted on the road surface traction,mining operation,the working environment is relatively poor,load change is big and non-uniform,engine power not give full,the strength of the actuator is limited.the driver in the vehicle at the same time,also needs to be done to the operation of the work unit,frequent shift will increase the driver's labor intensity.Therefore,give full play to the engineering performance of vehicle and its automatic maneuvering is particularly important.Although automatic transmission on the ordinary car to get a number of applications,but in the engineering application of automatic transmission in car is less,so in-depth study in accordance with engineering vehicle automatic transmission appears especially important.Main research object of this article is pure electronic mechanical stepless transmission(EMCVT),it has simple structure,high efficiency low cost advantages,this paper first analyses the mechanical structure of the EMCVT,according to the requirement of the mechanical structure propose the EMCVT control system.based on EMCVT mechanical structure,the principle analysis and stress calculation of swing pin chain,puts forward the quantitative control of the EMCVT plan;Second,EMCVT control model is established according to the control system requirements,developed to infineon Tricore series chips for the EMCVT of the microprocessor hardware system;design and debugging the control system,the software system adopt D2P software platform,according to this platform,the control strategy has carried on the simulation and experiment,through the vehicle experiment indicates that the control system CAN realize the CAN communication signal transmission,the sampling interval as 10 ms,other sampling time of 5 ms.Finally made EMCVT system debugging of hardware system experiment plate,input and output of the signal was tested,which can realize 12 road signal acquisition,no.5 analog signal and digital signal 5 road,two-way pulse signal,3 road PWM signal output.Commissioning show that the experimental plate can achieve predetermined design function,but also found many problems to be solved:part of the circuit function is not complete,circuit board is hot,clutch control is not ideal,etc.,as a result of the limitation of school study had no time to further improve,work remains to be further improved.
