Movable Stage Performing Vehicle (MSPV) has been contributing to the culture enterprise of our country in its especial use. With the government pay more attention to it, MSPV developed much rapid and the requirements become more and more high. MSPV has high technique integration. It includes mechanical, electric, and hydraulic techniques. This paper is about the key techniques for MSPV. The general design idea is reducing produce cost, safety, convenience, high efficiency. This paper made a detail discussion on the MSPV on its technique requirement, manufacturing technics, inspection criterion, styling and so on.The hydraulic system is the key assembly in MSPV, so its development was an important content in this paper. A hydraulic system with good pressure holding performance, little vibration and dust contamination was developed based on its functional and safety requirements. Considering of most of the users have not plenty of money, so this hydraulic system must be lower cost, durable, fewer failure, and safety.Finite element method and CAE techniques were used to do the analysis of the structural strength of the body of the MSPV. At the same time, CFD software also was used to analyze the strength and stability of the MSPV in every kind of air danamic condition. The design of MSPV can be fastly and conveniently validated by computer. So, the development of the MSPV was based on a scientifical and effective support. The MSPV was made and evaluated by rule tests and road experiments. It was proved that the new MSPV has a reasonable design and has met the requirement of design.
