According to the continually appearance of high water head hydro-power station, the vibration of the powerhouse is becoming a crucial problem in design and running and it is drawing the attention of the water conservancy field. If the vibration of the powerhouse is Oversized ,not only it will influence the normal running of the machines ,also the long time vibration will lead to the break of the structure and seriously endanger the safe of the structure. the workers will be harmed under the Oversized vibration. Because there is a lot of vibrate resources and the mechanism of them are complex ,also the frequency of them cover a wide range ,so it is a difficult topic to study the vibration of the power house . This paper used a practical project, building a 3D model with Ansys . Analysing the vibration characteristic, coupling resonance and the response to the earthquake and horizon harmonic force. The main work of this paper is as followed:1)Integrate the documents about the vibration of power house in and abroad, analysed the main study method of this problem.2)Introduced the finite element theory particularly.3)DO a modal analysis of the integrity model of the power station and gained the 1st-30th frequency .Confirmed the validity of the integral model by the partial model.4)Changed the thickness and boundary conditions to analysis the influence of the changes to the vibration characteristic.5) Considered the main vibrate resources including machinery resource, water resource, electronic resource. Proofreading the coupling resonance between the frequency of the main vibrate resources and the intrinsic frequency from 1st-20th of the support structures in the powerhouse.
