However, as mismanagement of the risk, the deep excavation Often lead to safety accidents, cause tremendous costs and the longer time limit losses, bring all parties involved in irreparable loss and injury. Therefore, before constructing we should fully and scientific predict analysis and assess possible risks of the deep excavation, establishment early warning system of deep excavation In the implementation of the deep excavation we should we should control the risk and formulate corresponding measures to dispose of the risk.Based on this situation, the paper first analyzes the accidents cause by the deep excavation. Through collecting and collating a great deal of information, statistical analysis is done through different accident responsibler, different retaining structures, different excavation depth. The importance and difficulty of risk management are analysis and evaluation.The paper identified the risk of deep excavation from retaining structures by the Fault Tree Analysis. The paper use of the Fault Tree Analysis prepare the deep excavation of Shanghai subway station M8 line , calculate of the probability of the incident on top of the basic and important events, analyze the results of the enactment of the Accident preventive measures.The analysis of the risk can not reduce and control the risk. On the basis of the analysis, the risk should be controlled and managed. In this paper, the risk of the deep excavation is managed by warning management and disposal management.Based on the study of deep excavation risk management , we can improve our evaluation, prediction, prevention and control over the risk factors during the process of construction ,decrease the possibility of risk's occurrence.
