With the development of electronic power technology, inverters are widely applied. Because of energy shortage, exploitation and utilization of new energy sourceses aroses the worldwide attention. In our country, new countryside construction needs new energy technologies, such as solar energy technology, wind energy technology and biologic energy technology ,which are actively spreaded in optimum area. Inverter technology is the key technique on the exploitation and utilization of new energy sourceses. High efficiency and output waveform quality are required. The targets of inverter research are high efficiency, concise structure, good character and high carrying load ability.Based on the different structures of DC/AC inverter, this paper studys DC(24V)/AC(220V) inverters to get high efficiency and output waveform quality inverter.In the hardware circuit design, this system adopts full bridge inverter, uses IGBT as switching tube, and utilizes the special driving chip TLP250 as a drive. In software design, this system adopts SPWM with dead area to get sine wave and to achieve Closed-loop Control by A/D sampling.This paper gets a good control way after experiments by compareing the performance of the three different inverters. This paper analyzes the factors which affect the inverter's efficiency.The results show that efficiency of system can be improved by decreasing switching loss and controlling harmonious, the inverter of Buck-Boost is better and efficiency is higher by this way, and the system adoped DSP works steady., Its ability of carrying load are very high.
