Array of probes is an important developping direction of Alternating Current Field Measurement (ACFM) technique. After analysising the development of ACFM technology, This paper expounds the main characteristics and research actuality of array ACFM technology simply, and than advices disposing array signals by the use of Independent Component Analysis (ICA),aiming at the characteristics array ACFM signals. The mathematic model of the magnetic field where the cracks exist on the surface of metal plane and the algorithm of ICA is also introduced concretely in the paper. With the help of Emulate software ANSYS based on finite element numerical, the check to cracks on aluminum surface using array ACFM probes is simulated .After, independent component of crack and dismixing matrix are gained using ICA disposing emulation data. By the help of dismixing matrix, each signal of every crack is gained father, that is testified by experiment. Than , the conclusions are given out: by the use of ICA. signs of cracks and noise are separated, and so do the signals of multi-cracks. The space distributing model of cracks is also gained with the help of the redundancy information. So, ICA technogy can dipose the signals of array ACFM technology well. At last, the suggestions about the further study are made.
