As a result of the complex stratum condition and the confidentiality ofgrouting construction, the grouting theory research falls behind the projectpractice. Based on massive domestic and foreign literature and simulationexperiment, in conjunction with the international research project between Chinaand Russia approved by the national office "mechanism and experimental researchof rock mass reinforced by cement grouting" and the Qingdao municipalconstruction fund project" research of bolt-grouting method for weathered rockmass and supporting ponding technology in Qingdao underground project",thepenetration rule of cement grout in rock mass crack is researched. And thisarticle has carried on the experiment and the theory research to the technologicalparameter of secondary grouting. Mainly displayed in the following two aspects:Firstly, the flow rate of grout and the sedimentation distribution ruleof cement pellet as well as the drainage way when the cement pellet started todeposit are studied. The critical speed and the formula of the distance from thestart point of grout flowing channel to the injected hole are proposed. The flowand sedimentation mechanism of cement grout is further approved. It also analysesthe rheological property and the permeability. In order to determine the relationof the various grouting parameters, grout diffusion model is established. It hascertain guiding sense to the project practice. Finally, the compactness of thereinforced cement grouting is researched.Secondly, based on the research of the influence to grouting caused by rockmass deformation, the experiment and the theory research to the technologicalparameter of secondary grouting are carried on. On the basis of supposition ofthe crack residual jaw opening after unstable grout has been injected, theexpression of crack remaining opening is proposed and the influence caused bysecondary grouting to it is analyzed. The relation of the various groutingparameters is also established. High grouting pressure can cause the rock mass crack to create suitable expansion and rebound. The rebound causes normal stress.It is effective to the consolidation of the grout, the grout and rock will combinemore close, so the grouting quality is increased. It has extremely vitalsignificance to enhancing the grouting effect and the rock mass reinforcementreliability. Finally, a criterion for how to choose the grouting method for crackrock mass reasonably is studied.
