The rapid development of national economy has greatly promoted the energy development and transportation infrastructure construction. A large number of underground projects have been take into construction. During underground projects construction, geological disasters such as water gush occurred frequently, causing property damage and schedule delays. Therefore, grouting under hydrodynamic condition in underground construction become the key scientific issues which must be solved. In this paper, the research of the cement-based grouting technology under high flow and high flow rates has been carried out with the combination of methods as indoor ratio test, numerical Simulation and physical model test.(1)Development test of grouting material. For the special needs of the grouting material under hydrodynamic condition, based on the mechanism of polymer modification and started from the idea of non-dispersible concrete under water, main agents and additives of new material is filtered. We design orthogonal experiments. The test of slurry basic performance carried out aiming to explore grouting materials suitable for different conditions.(2)Numerical simulation of slurry diffusion in hydrodynamic condition. According to the sectional shape of flow, tubular grouting model flat fracture model is established to deal with geometric heterogeneity of flow thoroughfare in water gushing disaster. The time functions of slurry viscosity based on time-depend viscosity of slurry to analyze that model size, slurry physicochemical parameters and different condition influence distribution of diffusion traces, its variation law of pressure field and velocity field over water passageway.(3)Experimental research on slurry diffusion in hydrodynamic condition. Three-dimensional model of the tubular grouting test is established to explore the mechanism of slurry diffusion in pipeline. Experimental device for grouting model consists of five parts. This system has studied the mechanism of slurry diffusion and water gushing closure, and it measured the grouting effect through the flow variation over time.
