The shortage of petroleum resources and the pollution of automobile are the great problems to be resolved . The development of electric control Coal Bed Methane Gas Engine have a profound significance of save energy sources. The electric control engine is an indispensable way to improve the fule economy and the pollution.This paper include the optimize and the improve on the ECU, such as AD collector module,knock control circuit,FLASH circuit, and USB serial communication port; The outside circuit usually disturb by noisy signal during the process of debug. Through increased the anti-jamming circuit, and adjust the wiring harness, resolved the debug.The spark timing is very important to the engine, through analysises the effect factor, and combines the experiment. We got a sparking timing MAP. And discussed the control strategy to different work status, improve the engine's capability. Through the study of the ignition energy, gained the dwell angle MAP.The knock phenomenon and the mechanism of knock combustion have been discussed. The work process of engine is very complicated,through the experiment of engine,presents the way of analyse the intensity of knock.At last, proposed the real-time closed loop control strategy to the spark timingAccoring to the experiment data,analyze the air and fule vavle control strategy, in order to make the engine work in the optimal status, AFR should be controlled. Through the study of control datas, gained the valve location MAP,and proposed the closed loop control strategy to the AFR.
