Shopping Mall as a product come of People-oriented is necessary in the new economic age. It is possible to stand out in so many kinds of commercial real estate program only if Architecture company and real estate company produces more recreational humanism and industrial. So Landscape Design is more important and meaningful for the Shopping Mall than any other days. It is very important to research the Landscape Design in our country, while it develops quickly but Far behind the developed country.The landscape design in Shopping Mall is more complex than other large public buildings Because of the complex functions, diverse consumer and so on. At the same time, the changes from people living habits and behavioral psychology caused they require to better Shopping Mall on the internal and external environment of space by material, spiritual, emotional, makes landscape design in Shopping Mall facing greater challenges.This paper is studying the Landscape design in Shopping Mall Base on many examples of China and abroad. At first, introduces the concept of Shopping Mall, the development history and the current development in China and abroad, then summed up the Shopping Mall characteristic in construction and commerce. Besides that it also comparative analysis the key point of Landscape Design elements in Shopping Mall.The author concludes the direction of Landscape Design in Shopping Mall from foreign advanced theoretical issues. Finally author constructs a integrated system of Landscape Design combined by many standard elements in evaluation. Shopping Mall expects to give a mild and comfortable environment because Shopping Mall lead a Experienced way of shopping not just the consuming. So it must be incarnate the Humanized design. Mall is the economic level of a city, the sign urban civilization, only the Mall which reflects an inherent quality of urban and cultural connotation is the real ownership in the city, and the people. So the landscape design in Shopping Mall is required to reflect the cultural connotation.Shopping Mall should also be embedded in our lives and the natural environment which makes people survival. We should not overlook the important factors of economized energy and use the natural resources full recycling, protected the natural environment in landscape design. Therefore Landscape Design in Shopping Mall is required to reflect ecological design.According to the part of the functional needs and the spiritual needs of consumers in Landscape Design, this paper evolves in-depth research.Not only tell us how to create a comfortable and humanize shopping space and environment, tell how to build a storied, significant and ecological world by Landscape Design.
