This thesis is on the base of the sustainable development,uses the architectural design conception of sustainable development, analyzings in the point of sustainable design view,including prophase scheme,programming design , architectural design , building process, circulate and maintenance, recycle of building, or scraping whole life cycle, establishes the system of sustainable design technology, and introduces the design system of architectural layout, the design system of structure, the design system of saving energy, the design system of material selecting, maintain system of sewage and rubbish disposal, and the contents & applying methods of sustainable maintain & rebuild system, offers the technical sustain for architectural sustainable design. And make sure the architectural sustainable design more systemic, more manipulative and more practical.In order to make the economical purport of the architectural sustainable design have more economical value, this thesis uses Value Engineering to evaluate the architectural sustainable design, builds the system of technical function for architectural sustainable design ,and uses the Neural Network to analyse the evaluating target, at the same time, it make use of the BP Neural Network to build a model for estimating the architectural working expenditure, and the model can estimate the expenditure of the architectural whole life cycle, this unifies the technology and economy of architectural sustainable design.In the end, this thesis prove if we use the technology system of architectural sustainable design to design the buildings, it not only does useful for the environment of our human inhabitation, but also is feasible in economy. it can saving energy, purifying environment, and facilitating the sustainable development of the globe and human.
