The concrete has been widely used in the construction structure, therefore it has widely practical significance to study the concrete destruction process. But now the numerical study of concrete is mainly regard the concrete as even material, and then study its macroscopic destruction, Actually, the real reason of the concrete macroscopic destruction is material microscopic view destroy. In this paper, the concrete material microscopic view nonuniformity is considered , and the RFPA'2D(Realistic Failure Process Analysis) software is used to carry on the destruction process and the stress distribution situation numerical simulation, of the concrete specimen and its lining structure .The paper elaborate the concrete material macroscopic destruction and the microscopic destruction mechanism, and also carry on the elaboration of the RFPA'2D software numerical simulation principle and its computation process, as well as the constitutive relationship .Firstly, the RFPA'2D software is used in this paper to carry on the numerical simulation of the symmetry bearing disc and the includes prefabricated crack in the Brazilian disc experiment, and also contrast with the real experimental results and other people's correlated work results to proved that the results used RFPA'2D software to carry on the numerical simulation of the material stress analysis and the destruction process is reliability and feasibility.Secondly, the paper carries on the destruction processes and the stress distribution situation numerical simulation of the concrete three point bending specimen with bias crack under static load function,, and analyze specimen crack expansion and the destruction mechanism, obtain the reason that the crack expanding flectional way is because the material nonuniformity, in the same time, from the specimen destruction process chart we can see that the crack bias degree has some influence on the crack expansion way.The paper has carries on the destruction process and the stress distribution situation numerical simulation of the concrete lining of tunnel structure under the different temperature function , through the concrete lining structure stress distribution chart and the destruction process chart in 200 degree and 400 degree temperature fields may see that, when being heated , the inside superficial units of the lining structure first occur broken and fall off, and discovers that after the fire, although the concrete structure still could maintain the basic integrity structure, but the interior of the structure has been already appeared destroy units , namely called the concrete interior display material quality deteriorated phenomenon in the project.
