The Research On Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Of The Air Force's Flight Trainees

To meet the challenge of new military change in world and the demand across centuries to adapt modernization of national defense and air force, numbers of flight trainees with high quality, multi-structure of knowledge and comprehensive ability, and enterprising spirit and ability to innovate are trained, which is also the target of training of bright people at air force flight university. The comprehensive quality evaluation of Air force's flight trainees is the basis of scientific management, by which advantages and disadvantages can be analyzed in training of bright people, whether the flight trainees have good qualifications, multi-structure of knowledge and comprehensive ability, and enterprising spirit and ability to innovate or not and whether they can satisfy the demand of the information-based war in the future or not are examined.According to optimization, the method of systematic and comprehensive evaluation is offered, and the content system of the item about comprehensive quality evaluation is established. The weight coefficient of each evaluation item is solved by layer analysis method, and on basis of canonical analysis, the norm system is formulated by combining the request of education based on quality with the concrete teaching content. The mathematics model of the evaluation system is constructed by method of fuzzy mathematics, and the evaluation system about comprehensive quality is established. The method of comprehensive evaluation is put into practice and the better results are achieved. The new mechanism about training men for profession is constructed under condition of the new military revolution, and the counter plans of enhancing comprehensive quality are put forward.
