Pilots, whose airmanship is an important component of maintaining flight safety, are supposed to be the last line for the security of airline plane operation. This paper mainly study on the development of a software system for judging the airmanship of pilots. First of all, we study on the digital characteristics of QAR decoding, and introduce a judgment method about the airmanship of pilots. We describe the basic theory of fuzzy judgment method in details, and establish a mathematical model using the fuzzy judgment method, so that the main factors of judging the airmanship of pilots can be determined. The priority is determined through fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and the nonlinear fuzzy judgment method is established by introducing a nonlinear fuzzy matrix composition operator, such that the judgment may be more reasonable. And then, a demand analysis is carried out based on the model mentioned above, whereby a functional module and a data structure may be designed correspondingly. At last, an evaluation system, which takes each pilot of airline plane as the basic object, can be developed through a computer system so as to mainly evaluate flight quality of pilots, process the evaluation data of pilots quickly and effectively, and perform statistics and analysis upon the evaluation results. In this regard, pilots may realize their flight conditions according to the evaluation results, and reach the purpose of improving their airmanship by monitoring the flight quality. This evaluation system make an evaluation of the flight quality.And the evaluation system make a good solution to deal with the fuzzy problem of evaluating the flight quality.
