The differential pressure flowmeter as traditional flowmeter now still occupy a bigger market, and in the foundation of a great deal of practice experience , currently become a unique kind of flowmeter which match "standardize".Its main representation is orifice meter which have already standardize, simple in structure , firm, general , price cheap and the V-cone flowmeter (VNZ) which just beigan develope since mid 80's. General differential pressure flowmeter is constituted by standard Throttling,plane guiding press pipe, sensor and secondary instruments(flow totalizer).What this text want to discuss is a kind of multi-function differential pressure flowmeter which can work with different Throttling Set(orifice plate,cone) and accumulate of different fluid(gas, air, oxygen, nitrogen, coal gas, steam and water).When design a kind of qualified multi-function differential pressure flow totalizer, the problems need to firstly research and solve include:(1)what function and function standard the flow totalizer realization designed to have.(2)Demand the theories knowledge as mathematics modelling for flow calculate and the method of sensor signal obtain,they both involve in the design of flow totalizer (3)For the realization of flow totalizer's full function,make sure the credibility of hardware design.(4)For the realization of flow totalizer's full function,make sure the credibility of software design.According to analyze and research of the problems , the thesis divided into five contents, each content as follows:The thesis chapter one tell the function characteristics and structure of the differential pressure flow totalizer, assure the main topic and crux problem of this research.The thesis chapter two introduce the theory knowledge as mathematics modelling for flow calculate, and the signal of sensor examination method which need firstly solved.The thesis chapter three introduce the constitute of hardware system , and detailed related designan of each function mold.The thesis chapter four introduce the design of software system , mainly about the flow calculation,manifestation, saving and output of fluids,and the design of interactive interface. Moreover still is verify of software model. Gain further improvement of software and hardware design.The thesis chapter five was main a introduction of what have done about the flow totalizer with some thing demand improvement arftertime.
