For keeping up with the induction heating power supply technology development trend for economy energy, economy materials, automation and intelligent control in international, the research and development is the high-efficiency, high-frequency, high-power induction heating power supply. The paper presents the control system of the 300KW/15KC parallel resonance superaudio induction heating power supply using IGBT and centering on DSP TMS320LF2812. It given out the design thought of hardware and software in detail, linking to the fact of quenching production process in steel plate spring industry. This paper presents the mathematical model of rectifying circuit control system, and deduces the parameter of voltage-current PI regulator applied for quenching process. The control system of rectifying circuit has the strong capacity of resisting disturbance, because it adopts voltage-current double closed-loop and digital phase locked loop. The special sweep-frequency model in starting and the DPLL technique taking into account negative voltage time in running is used in invert control system. The phase-lock technique is applied in rectifier control unit and inverter control unit. The operation frequency of inverter is locked onto the inherent resonance frequency of tank circuit by using phase-lock technique, so that the power factor of the power supply can be always kept to unity.Adopting new power device IGBT, the power supply is high-performance, power saving, miniaturization, lightweight, intelligent. Adopting new DSP digital control technology, the power supply solves the actual problem of simulation system. The research precedes the used control characteristic in precise control, performance.
