The Assessment Of Construction Demolition Noise And It's Control

Urban waste buildings demolished caused some negative impact in the residents around the construct site and the surrounding environment, especially, the using of high-power machinery in demolishing construct and the blasting strong noise have had a serious impact on the surrounding residenter's life, study and work. Therefore, the effective prevention way of noise is asked urgently, how to father and improve demolishing construct site's sound environment has become a major issue.This paper summarized the status of noise pollution study, illuminated building demolishing noise's characteristics from the different methods, various machinery, different time, ensured the major noise source of construction dismantle process, and lucubrated hydraulic hammer, pneumatic rock drill, Air compressor's acoustic characteristics.Usually the construct of demolition are small-scale items, Therefore in the determination demolition construction noise assessment rank and the assessment method, obeyed technology specifications, we usually chose the third level of assessment criteria to assess demolishing construct noise, and investigated the demolishing construct noise by survey and collecting data .In the locale of demolish construct, the source of noise is usually as a spot, but some times there are also several hydraulic hammer working in line, then the source is looked as a line. Technology aspect, we use different measure to reduce the noise in sound source, transmission and the receiver, analyzed hydraulic hammer, pneumatic rock drill, Air compressor's prevention measures, and the effect after using this measures; regulations aspect, a perfect legal system to demolish construct must be established, and then coordinating operator and owner's conflict, coordinating operator and surrounding resident's conflict, and ultimately achieving clean construct.The article ends with an example of Hanyang Jianghan Bridge Zhenhua apartment blasting demolition project in Wuhan, investigated the major noise source of this demolish construct is the hydraulic hammer and several pneumatic rock drill. Then we assessed the demolishing construct noise's impact by demolishing construct noise evaluation model, found that the demolition noise has been impact the environment, and proposed some methods to reduce the demolish construct noise.
