Abstract:With the advantages of the same high speed and efficiency with the hydraulic static pile driver, the properties of a quarter less weight, volume and raw material consumption than the hydraulic static pile driver, the properties of higher working speed than the diesel pile hammer and no air pollution like diesel hammer, the popularization and application of the hydraulic pile hammer is significant to reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution, to speed up the construction progress. The hydraulic pile hammer has been serialized and replaced the diesel pile hammer in developed countries but still in test stage at home. As the problem of great impact noise, the application is limited a lot. The noise has been a bottleneck to the further development of the hydraulic pile hammer. The purpose of this paper is to study a way to reduce the impact noise of the hydraulic pile hammer, make its noise achieve general noise standards of construction equipment, to solve the bottleneck problem in the development of the hydraulic pile hammer.Firstly, the impact noise was analyzed, the noise solution of engineering machinery products and the noise generation mechanism of the pile hammer were combined, and the noise control research considering the noise propagation way and the evaluation index were determined.Secondly, mathematical analysis model for the hydraulic pile hammer was presented, dimensional analysis was used, the influence of parameters on impact force was analyzed, the acoustic finite element method was used, the impact noise under different impact force was simulated, the model machine test data was analyzed, results show that the main noise spectrum need to be restrained was focus on the high frequency.Then, aimed at the noise spectrum need to be restrained, combined the hydraulic pile hammer fuselage and noise suppression device, a noise suppression device with an acoustic shield to cover the impact point and a muffler installed in the vent was studied, and the suppression efficiency was calculated.Finally, the noise suppression device by a simple body structure with a loudspeaker to simulate the noise source was examined, the noise around the device according to the engineering mechanical noise test method was tested, and results verified the feasibility of the suppression case.
