| Constructing a socialist countryside is a new topic that our country is currently facing after going into the new development stage when industry promotes agriculture and urban development promotes the rural development,and is a main task of totally constructing well-off society , and also is an inevitable demand of era development and building harmonious society. The main contents of constructing new countryside includes abundant contents,such as developing new industry , constructing the new town, constructing the new facilities,fostering the new farmer and seting up the new customs.Based on the analysis to construction of the foreign new countryside,this paper draws a conclusion that constructing a new countryside is necessary stage in which industry supports agriculture after acquiring great development. At the same time , industry pushes cities material civilization,especially the concept of value ,life style ,toward countryside ,making countryside social modernization keep close pace with all developed countries in the world adopt the development mode that industry backs up agriculture and cities back up countryside when their industrialization develops to certain stage .The first phase of a new countryside's construction mainly is the infrastructure construction of countryside,but the basic part of infrastructure construction of countryside is the residential construction of countryside. So the residential construction of countryside is the key point of a new countryside's construction,which will decide whether the farmer's living environment is good or not.China's rural residential construction has a long history, which dates back to the ancient era. In the feudal society, with the development of agricultural societies, the rural residential building was at its peak, especially in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Since 1949, with the boom in residential construction in rural development, the researches about rural residential construction throughout the country have developed soon. At present, nevertheless, residential construction in the rural areas of the overall study is inadequate. There are the following inadequacies embodying: Rural Residential Construction theory research, rural residential function research, excessive partial but inadequate overall rural residential construction.Based on Yangling and China's situation of the residential construction,this paper analyses the factors restraining the development of rural residential construction. Compared with urban regions, the development in rural residential construction is enormously backward. The construction of a single model, the old vacant building, scattering and disorder are striking, consisting in 6 negative phenomena: First, bellow standard, and the second is unsafe, and thethird is energy-inefficient, and it is incomplete, 5 is extensive, six is notgreen; there is some chaos in villages, that is, the residential construction chaos, shacks not put up in appointed areas, random firewood stack chaos, sewage spilled, left dirt, fly-tips, livestock running. Factors constraining the development of rural residential construction are: ideas, fund sources and systems.This paper combines modern theory in architecture with in sustainable rural development, researching new forms of residential construction for the rural development and exploiting new rural residential forms in Yangling and related areas .By updating the ideas, launching the planning and management and attaching great importance to the quality of housing, the paper is expected to design new rural housing construction programs, providing standardized designed programs for new rural construction. It is quite brilliant that housing construction in Yangling will have broad guidance to central and western China, as well as to the construction and development of new towns. |
